GeneralMind Announces €10.2M to Build Autonomous AI Layer on Top of Enterprise ERP Systems

Berlin-based GeneralMind has closed a €10.2 million ($12 million) equity financing round to accelerate development of its AI-driven “System of Action,” an operational layer designed to automate work on top of existing ERP systems. The round was completed less than six months after the company’s launch, marking one of Europe’s largest publicly disclosed pre-seed rounds in recent years.

The financing was led by Lakestar, Leo Capital, Lucid Capital, Heliad, and BOOOM, with participation from angel investors Alexander Kudlich, Jens Urbaniak, and Samir Sood.

Founded in 2025 by former Razor Group executives and led by Tushar Ahluwalia, GeneralMind is building an autonomous AI “autopilot” that executes repetitive white-collar workflows end to end across email, spreadsheets, and enterprise systems, with human supervision where required.
