Ford Launches AI Assistant for Commercial Fleet Customers Through Ford Pro Platform

Ford has introduced Ford Pro AI, a new artificial intelligence assistant designed to help commercial fleet operators analyze large volumes of operational data and improve efficiency across their vehicles. The system debuted at Work Truck Week in Indianapolis and is now available to U.S.-based subscribers of the Ford Pro telematics platform.

Built on Google Cloud infrastructure, the AI assistant uses multiple AI agents to process millions of data points from connected fleets. The platform provides insights into vehicle health, fuel consumption, seatbelt usage, idle time, speeding, and acceleration events, helping fleet managers identify operational inefficiencies and improve safety and cost management.

Ford said the system relies on internal fleet data to reduce AI errors and hallucinations. The launch reflects the automaker’s broader strategy to expand software-driven services. Ford Pro generated $66.3 billion in revenue in 2025, with paid software subscriptions increasing by 30 percent during the year.
