Loop AI Closes $14M Series A to Expand Agentic AI Platform for Restaurant and Retail Operations

Loop AI announced a $14 million Series A funding round to scale its AI-native back-office platform for restaurants and retailers. The round was led by Nyca Partners, with Osama Bedier, a Nyca investment partner and former Google and GoDaddy executive, joining Loop AI’s board. Additional participation came from Base10, Afore Capital, Converge, Alumni Ventures, Data Tech Fund, Operator Studios, and several individual investors.

Founded by Anand Tumuluru and Sundar Annamalai, the San Francisco–based company uses agentic AI workflows to help operators manage delivery and off-premises demand while protecting in-store margins. Since 2024, Loop AI has expanded sixfold, supporting thousands of restaurant locations across more than 300 brands. The new capital will fund product expansion and team growth across the U.S. and India.
