According to an article in Music Business World, CreateSafe, a pioneering music tech studio, recently secured $4.6 million in seed funding to launch TRINITI, an innovative AI-powered music platform. TRINITI aims to revolutionize music creation and distribution by enabling artists to capitalize on generative AI technologies. This funding effort was led by Polychain Capital and supported by notable investors including Paris Hilton, Anthony Saleh, and MoonPay.
Coinciding with this development, Grimes, a versatile artist known for her unique blend of music, art, and technology ventures, has joined CreateSafe’s advisory board. Grimes’ involvement with CreateSafe, notably through the Elf.Tech AI project, showcases her continued exploration of AI in music. This project, a collaboration between Grimes and CreateSafe, was a beta launch that allowed users to create music with her voice, highlighting Grimes’ innovative approach in both her career and personal ventures.
CreateSafe’s new TRINITI platform departs from traditional algorithmic models, focusing instead on artist-centric business approaches. It offers personalized AI tools, including voice cloning and text-to-audio sample generation, to facilitate creative processes for artists. CreateSafe, established in 2018, has a history of developing groundbreaking music industry tools and has collaborated with artists such as DJ Snake, Lady Gaga, and Lil Nas X. The TRINITI platform, a refined version of CreateSafe’s earlier prototype Elf.tech, positions the company at the forefront of merging AI with artistic creativity.
