Kudwa Closes $1.1M in Funding to Advance AI-Powered Finance Intelligence Platform

Kudwa, an AI-driven finance intelligence startup, has raised $1.1 million in funding to accelerate product development and expand its global go-to-market strategy. The round included backing from 1818 Venture Capital, F6 Ventures, Sparked VC, IM Fndg, and IVP, and was completed ahead of schedule in late 2025.

The company is building an AI-powered platform designed to act as a financial intelligence layer for modern finance teams. By integrating with ERP, accounting, and operational systems, Kudwa delivers real-time financial planning and analysis, combining data pipelines, forecasting models, and scenario planning tools. The system aims to reduce reliance on manual spreadsheets while enabling faster, data-driven decision-making.

Since the raise, Kudwa has expanded capabilities across multi-entity consolidation, AI-driven forecasting, cash visibility, and integrations, positioning its platform as a core AI system for enterprise finance operations.
