Atomic, a new AI-driven supply chain startup founded by former Tesla leaders Michael Rossiter and Neal Suidan, has launched with $3 million in seed funding led by DVx Ventures and joined by Madrona Ventures. The company was incubated inside DVx by Rossiter — now a partner at the firm — and aims to help businesses streamline inventory planning using agentic AI.
CEO Neal Suidan said Atomic was born out of lessons learned during Tesla’s high-pressure Model 3 production ramp. “Planners are drowning in scenario-building and manual processes. Our AI lets them simulate complex supply chain decisions in minutes, not days,” he said.
Atomic’s platform is already delivering results with pilot customers, reporting inventory cost reductions of up to 50%.
