Las Vegas-based AI infrastructure startup TensorWave has raised $100 million in Series A funding to accelerate its mission of providing scalable computing resources for AI model training. The round was led by Magnetar and AMD Ventures, with participation from Maverick Silicon, Nexus Venture Partners, and new backer Prosperity7.
As demand for AI computing surges, TensorWave aims to meet the growing need for efficient, high-performance infrastructure. CEO Darrick Horton said the funding will enable the company to scale operations, grow its team, and deploy AMD-powered GPU clusters optimized for AI workloads. Horton emphasized that TensorWave is focused on democratizing access to advanced AI compute as the market heads toward a projected $400 billion by 2027.
