Kluisz.ai Secures $9.6M Seed Funding to Reinvent AI-Native Cloud Infrastructure

Deep tech startup Kluisz.ai has raised $9.6 million in seed funding to accelerate development of its AI-powered, zero-trust cloud platform designed for hybrid, edge, and sovereign deployments. The round was led by RTP Global, with participation from Unicorn India Ventures, Blume Founders Fund, Climber Capital, and prominent angels including Ritesh Agarwal (OYO), Dr. Ritesh Malik (Innov8), and Aditya Virwani (Embassy Group).

Founded in 2025 by Abhinav Sinha (former Global COO & CPO at OYO), Vamshidhar Reddy (former McKinsey Partner), and Abhijeet Singh (former VP of Cloud at Jio), Kluisz.ai offers a secure, developer-first cloud platform that leverages generative AI for intelligent orchestration, deep observability, and real-time automation. With enterprise demand for hybrid cloud surging, the company is targeting sectors like financial services, manufacturing, and edge computing.

The new funding will support Kluisz.ai’s engineering expansion in Bengaluru, drive product development, and scale deployments with early enterprise clients.
