LivePerson Founder Rebrands Eternos as Uare.ai and Raises $10.3M to Build Personal AI Models Based on Human Life Stories

Uare.ai, the new venture from LivePerson founder Robert LoCascio, has launched with a $10.3 million Seed round led by Mayfield and Boldstart Ventures to develop personal AI models built entirely from an individual’s own data, values, and life experiences. The company, previously known as Eternos, shifts from a legacy-focused service to a platform enabling creators and professionals to scale their expertise through AI replicas.

Uare.ai’s technology is powered by its Human Life Model (HLM), which constructs a personalized AI using only the user’s submitted stories, memories, and professional background — avoiding reliance on general-purpose large language models. The platform will allow users to train their models through text, audio, and video, producing digital counterparts capable of generating content, handling client interactions, and executing tasks while remaining faithful to the individual’s voice and reasoning.

The company plans to monetize through subscriptions and revenue-sharing for customers who deploy their AI replicas commercially. With the rise of personal AI competitors, Uare.ai differentiates itself by focusing on professionals such as consultants and CPAs and by offering fully user-owned models built from deeply personalized data.
