- Zeroth raised about $74 million in pre-series A financing led by Ant Group to expand its home embodied AI business and product portfolio.
- The round included Geely Capital, 37 Interactive Entertainment, Hua Capital and existing investor Monolith, with Zeroth saying the funds will support six core technology areas, talent acquisition and global market expansion.
- Zeroth said it has surpassed 30,000 robot orders and reported 600% year-over-year revenue growth in the first half of 2026, with orders for its M1 and W1 robots across early childhood education, smart home and pet companionship uses.
Chinese humanoid robotics startup Zeroth announced raising about $74 million in pre-series A financing to expand its home embodied AI business.
The round was led by Ant Group, with participation from Geely Capital, 37 Interactive Entertainment, Hua Capital and existing investor Monolith, which also increased its stake. The latest funding brings the company’s total to about $147 million, according to Zeroth.
The company indicated the recent financing includes strategic investors and industry partners, rather than mainly financial investors, and the funds will be used to develop six core technology areas along with talent acquisition and global market expansion.
Zeroth said those six core technology areas include:
- Biomimetic cognitive models.
- Structural innovation.
- World models.
- Vision-language-action models.
- Actuator modules.
- In-house robotic arms.
New Products
Alongside the financing, Zeroth introduced two full-size embodied AI products. Jupiter is a humanoid robot designed as a long-term home companion with general intelligent capabilities. N1 is a collaborative robot with a heterogeneous robotic arm system designed for homes.
Zeroth also said it plans to introduce a physical AI ecosystem for humanoid robots later this year.
The states its mission is to develop embodied robots for the home that can serve as companions and interactive systems rather than just functional tools.
“Zeroth’s branding emphasizes that embodied robots should serve not just as tools, but as ‘intelligent mirrors’ that accompany our lives, explore the world, and engage in meaningful dialogue,” the company noted in the announcement. “As robots transition from being perceived as ‘cold machines’ to ‘reflective partners’ within homes, the relationship between humans and robots will shift from ‘conquest and replacement’ to ‘resonance and integration.'”
Orders & Growth
Zeroth reported it has surpassed 30,000 robot orders and reported 600% year-over-year revenue growth in the first half of 2026.
Zeroth pointed to a gradual rollout strategy focused on user feedback and real-world testing as a strategy it is using to create a cycle between technology development, product deployment and market validation. This approach, the company said, has allowed it to produce multiple prototypes and a product portfolio that includes small humanoid robots, full-size humanoid robots, tracked robots and collaborative home robots.
The company reported that its M1 small humanoid robot and W1 tracked robot have received orders across early childhood education, smart home and pet companionship uses. Zeroth said M1 is the first embodied intelligence robot to enter residential settings and the first humanoid robot integrated with OpenClaw.
Zeroth, which is connected to Suzhou JoyIn Intelligent Technology Co., announce earlier this year that it had emerged from stealth and planned an entry into the U.S. market with a five-robot portfolio aimed at household, developer and light commercial use.
