Workday Integrates TechWolf AI to Enhance Employee Skills Intelligence

Workday (NASDAQ: WDAY) is integrating TechWolf’s AI-powered skills intelligence to optimize workforce skills data and career development for its 20,400 employees worldwide. The collaboration enhances Workday Skills Cloud, leveraging AI to identify and update employee skills automatically, making it easier to align talent with career growth opportunities.

The integration allows employees to see AI-suggested skills in real time, pulling data from platforms like Salesforce and Jira. This automates skills mapping, improves job matching, and enhances workforce planning, helping employees upskill and reskill faster.

Workday’s Chief People Officer Ashley Goldsmith stated that real-time, accurate skills data is essential for the evolving workplace, emphasizing that AI-driven intelligence will give employees greater control over their career development. TechWolf CEO Andreas De Neve highlighted the collaboration as a benchmark for AI-powered workforce transformation, reinforcing TechWolf’s role as a Workday Innovation Partner.

This AI-powered solution is set to launch within Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) later this year, marking a significant step in automating workforce agility and career progression through AI-driven insights.
