AI Insider Intelligence Platform
Live, updated weeklyAI infrastructure, from the compute to the edge
Infrastructure funding, capacity and regulatory intelligence
One live workspace for the AI data center build-out and the edge AI that runs in hospitals, power grids and telecom networks. Capacity, funding, cross-border capital, contracts and regulation on one map, every record linked to its source.

The platform
One map, from the campus to the edge
Start from a question or a place. Every view filters the same records, so the map, the charts and the export always agree.

What it tracks
Six categories, each with a number that explains itself
The categories drive the directory, the map layers, the charts and the export, so they never drift apart. Edge AI in healthcare, energy and telecom is the focus.
Data center capacity
AI training campuses and modular sites, sized by planned megawatts.
Funding raised
Equity, debt and grants raised by data center and edge AI companies.
Cross-border capital
Money crossing borders, from the investor’s country to where it goes.
Contracts signed
Signed deals to buy compute, lease data centers, buy chips or buy power.
Rules and regulation
Laws, rules and programs by jurisdiction, including rules open for comment.
Edge AI companies
Companies putting AI into hospitals, the power grid and telecom networks.
Built for daily use
Ask a question, get a sourced answer
Type a company, a place or a rule, or ask in plain language. Answers come from the records, and say plainly when part of a question is not covered yet.
- Desks. One click to the edge AI policy view, the investment flows view or the training campus build-out.
- Monitors and a weekly digest. Follow a company, a state or a rule and see what changed this week.
- Policy calendar. Effective dates and comment deadlines, with exposure by sector.
- Export. Any view to an Excel workbook, with the source on every row.

Data you can defend
Every record checked against its own source
More than 800 sources feed the platform. Every deal, project, contract and rule is checked against its source by an independent reviewer before publication; corrections are applied and records that cannot be verified are removed.
Every figure
Each figure links to the page it came from, or is labeled as computed.
Stays undisclosed
Where a value is not published, the platform says so instead of estimating it.
Per metric
One rule for each metric and time window, so every screen shows the same number.
On every screen
The data date is shown wherever a total appears, and the digest lists what changed.
Who uses it
For the teams that fund, build and regulate AI infrastructure
Investors
Deal flow, valuations and contract pipelines across data center operators, modular builders and edge AI companies.
Trade and investment agencies
Foreign capital into the country, outbound investment and the rules that apply, by state and by sector.
Developers and utilities
Where capacity is planned and under construction, who is contracting for power and which rules are coming.
Edge AI vendors
Competitors, customers and regulation in healthcare, energy and telecom, with the supply chain behind each.
What you can answer
Five questions for each product
The AI Market Model sizes the software market. The Intelligence Platform tracks the infrastructure underneath it.
The AI software market, sized
- How large is end-customer AI software spend today, and how fast is it growing?
- How much do the model labs keep, and how much reaches application vendors?
- Which application segments are largest, and who leads each one?
- Do enterprises or consumers pay, and do they buy direct or through hyperscalers?
- How large can the market get by 2030 and 2035, and how does that compare with bank forecasts?
AI data center intelligence, live
- Where are AI data centers being built, and how much capacity is in operation, under construction or planned?
- Who is funding AI infrastructure, and how much foreign capital flows into US companies?
- Which compute, lease, chip and power contracts have been signed, and for how much?
- Which rules affect AI data centers and edge AI in my state or country, and which are open for comment?
- Which companies are putting AI into hospitals, power grids and telecom networks?
Questions
Before you book a demo
What does the Intelligence Platform cover?
AI data center intelligence in three segments: large AI data centers for model training, modular and small deployments, and edge AI in healthcare, energy and telecom. For each it tracks capacity, funding, cross-border capital, contracts and the rules that apply, by jurisdiction: more than 20,000 data points today.
Where does the data come from, and how is it checked?
From more than 800 sources: company announcements and filings, funding and deal records, regulatory dockets and registers, procurement and grant databases, and project disclosures, collected continuously by the Resonance Intelligence Engine. Every deal, project, contract and rule is checked against its own source by an independent reviewer before it is published, and every figure links to that source or is labeled as computed.
How often is it updated?
Every week. Each screen shows the date the data is current to, and the weekly digest lists what changed.
Can I export the data?
Yes. Any view exports to an Excel workbook with the source on every row, within the terms of your subscription.
How is it priced?
By annual subscription, priced by the number of seats. Talk to us for a demo and a quote; custom segments, regions and API access are available on request.
