Duke Robotics Expands Global Operations with New Subsidiary in Greece

Duke Robotics Corp. (OTCQB: DUKR), a leader in advanced robotics and autonomous drone solutions, has announced the establishment of Duke Robotics Hellas I.K.E., a wholly owned subsidiary in Greece. This strategic expansion aims to support the company’s growing presence in the civilian sector and advance the deployment of its IC Drone technology.

The new subsidiary will play a key role in promoting and integrating Duke Robotics’ AI-powered drones into Greece’s utility and infrastructure sectors. With Greece securing $32 billion in European Union funding for energy modernization projects and targeting 82% renewable energy generation by 2030, the demand for efficient and sustainable technology solutions is increasing. Duke Robotics’ IC Drone, already successfully deployed by the Israel Electric Corporation, provides an autonomous, cost-effective, and environmentally sustainable alternative for high-voltage insulator maintenance.

Yossef Balucka, CEO of Duke Robotics, said that Greece presents a promising market for AI-powered drone technology, adding that local operations will strengthen market penetration and create long-term value for customers and stakeholders.

Duke Robotics continues to expand its presence in both military and civilian applications, leveraging AI, autonomous systems, and robotics to revolutionize infrastructure maintenance and defense operations. The company remains committed to advancing cutting-edge drone technology that enhances safety, efficiency, and cost savings across industries.
