Next-Gen Voice AI from IntelePeer Enables Real-Time Conversational Automation

IntelePeer has launched its next-generation voice AI capabilities, introducing advanced speech processing features designed to enhance real-time customer interactions. The update integrates automatic speech recognition (ASR) and text-to-speech (TTS) streaming, enabling seamless, low-latency conversations within AI-driven workflows.

CEO Frank Fawzi said the platform now delivers more natural, responsive, and efficient voice experiences, reducing delays and increasing customization across use cases.

Built by IntelePeer’s Florida and Colorado teams, the proprietary technology supports dynamic language detection, behavior recognition, and high-confidence speech handling. Fawzi noted that these capabilities mark a major leap in performance and pave the way for advanced analytics and future AI product development.

The launch further strengthens IntelePeer’s position as a leader in end-to-end conversational AI automation.
