Crusoe, the Denver-based AI data center startup, announced it has raised $1.38 billion in an oversubscribed Series E funding round at a valuation of approximately $10 billion. The round is being co-led by Valor Equity Partners and Mubadala Capital, with participation from major investors including Nvidia, Fidelity Management, and Founders Fund.

Founded in 2018, Crusoe has now raised a total of $3.9 billion to advance its mission of building high-efficiency, low-emission data infrastructure optimized for AI workloads.
