Juewu Technology has raised more than RMB 100 million ($14.4 million) in a Series A round as the Shenzhen-based robotics company looks to scale its heavy-load, all-terrain platforms at home and abroad, according to Pandaily.

The round included China Growth Capital and Jiangxi Financial Control Capital. The company, founded in 2020, previously received backing from Richland Capital and Anker Innovations, the outlet reported.

Juewu develops outdoor robots built around a unified chassis designed to accept interchangeable modules. Its approach pairs what it calls a deformable chassis with modular payloads, allowing a single base platform to be reconfigured for different agricultural and field operations. Core products include the Hechu T3000 for large-scale farmland and the Jilu G3000 for orchard environments. Both systems run on the same underlying platform and can switch functions through attachment changes.

According to Pandaily, the company has conducted more than 1 million kilometers of field testing in Xinjiang, iterating through five major generations and nearly 40 minor versions. Its systems are now deployed at scale in regions including Xinjiang and Zhejiang.

The new capital will support overseas expansion, targeting agricultural markets in Europe, Australia and Canada, where rising labor costs and worker shortages are driving demand for automation. Pandaily reported the company is focusing this year on regional testing and regulatory compliance before broader international rollout.

Beyond agriculture, Juewu is testing its chassis technology in urban settings, including snow removal, through a partnership with Tus Environmental, extending its mobility platform into new use cases.
