NationGraph Raises $18M Series A to Expand AI Platform for Government Procurement Intelligence

NationGraph, an AI platform designed to simplify government procurement, has raised $18 million in a Series A funding round led by Menlo Ventures, with participation from the Perplexity Fund and other investors. The financing brings the company’s total funding to $22.5 million and will support expansion of its AI-driven platform for analyzing public sector purchasing activity.

Founded by Kimia Hamidi and Eden Ding, NationGraph uses artificial intelligence to index and analyze large volumes of public data from thousands of government institutions. The platform is designed to surface procurement signals, identify decision-makers, and automate the analysis of unstructured information such as meeting minutes, budget approvals, and public records.

Hamidi said the system aims to give sales teams clearer visibility into government purchasing behavior and emerging priorities, helping organizations navigate the fragmented U.S. public sector market.

As part of the investment, Croom Beatty, partner at Menlo Ventures, will join NationGraph’s board of directors as the company expands its product infrastructure and data capabilities.
