AIsphere Raises $300M to Scale PixVerse AI Video Platform and Global Expansion

AI video generation startup AIsphere, known for its PixVerse platform, has secured $300 million in Series C funding, marking the largest single financing event in Asia’s AI video sector and elevating the company to unicorn status. The round was led by CDH Investments, with participation from UOB Venture Management, Lion X Ventures, Ruyi Holdings, and 37 Interactive Entertainment.

The company said the funding will be used to advance research into video generation models and expand its global market presence, including operations from its Singapore office. AIsphere’s core model, PixVerse V5.6, ranks among the top globally for text-to-video and image-to-video generation, while its newly launched R1 model introduces real-time video generation capabilities.

AIsphere reported that PixVerse has surpassed 100 million users across 175 countries, with more than 16 million monthly active users and over $40 million in annual recurring revenue, as demand for AI-driven content creation continues to grow.
