Upscale AI is reportedly in discussions to raise between $180 million and $200 million in a new funding round that could value the company at approximately $2 billion, according to Bloomberg. The raise would mark its third round within seven months, following a $100 million seed round and a $200 million Series A.
Backed by investors including Tiger Global Management, Xora Innovation, and Premji Invest, the company is focused on developing AI infrastructure centred on custom chips and communication systems.
Despite not yet releasing a product, Upscale AI is pursuing a full-stack approach built on open standards, reflecting strong investor appetite for scalable AI infrastructure in a rapidly expanding market.
