Meta’s AI tools for businesses are gaining significant traction, with its business AI assistant handling around 10 million conversations per week as of late March, up from just one million at the start of the year. The growth follows a global expansion of the beta program across the U.S., EMEA, APAC, and Latin America.
Currently free for most businesses, CEO Mark Zuckerberg signaled that a monetization model is under development as the platform matures. The tools are being powered by Muse Spark, Meta’s latest large language model developed under its Meta Superintelligence Labs division.
On the advertising side, CFO Susan Li reported over eight million advertisers using at least one generative AI creative tool, with video generation driving measurably higher conversion rates. Meta also launched the open beta of Meta Ads AI Connectors, enabling advertisers to link accounts directly to AI agents.
