Anscer Robotics Raises $2M in Seed Funding to Drive Global Expansion

Anscer Robotics, a leading developer of intelligent autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), has raised $2 million in a seed funding round led by Info Edge Ventures. This milestone marks a significant step in the company’s expansion as it scales manufacturing, enhances technology, and enters the U.S. market. With rapid growth and strategic partnerships, Anscer Robotics is at the forefront of industrial automation and logistics-driven robotics.

The funding will support the establishment of a new manufacturing center, the hiring of over 50 robotics experts, and the expansion into the United States. India’s DeepTech ecosystem is experiencing unprecedented growth, with increased investment and government initiatives fueling technological innovation. Robotics and automation are becoming central to the future of industrial operations, and Anscer Robotics is well-positioned to capitalize on this demand.

“The journey of Anscer Robotics has been one of continuous learning, innovation, and perseverance,” said Raghu Venkatesh, Co-founder and Chief Business Officer of Anscer Robotics. “Scaling a DeepTech startup in robotics comes with challenges, but being part of SanchiConnect’s ecosystem has provided valuable industry connections, technical collaborations, and strategic guidance. With this funding, we are excited to expand globally and push the boundaries of industrial automation.”

“This funding marks a pivotal moment for Anscer Robotics as we scale operations, enhance technology, and expand market presence,” said Robin Mathew, CEO of Anscer Robotics. “With automation demand surging, we remain committed to making robotics more accessible, intelligent, and seamlessly integrated into industrial ecosystems.”

As part of its U.S. expansion, Anscer Robotics has appointed Mark Messina, former Amazon/Kiva Robotics executive, as Managing Director and CEO of U.S. operations. With decades of expertise in robotics and automation, Messina will lead the company’s mission to deliver advanced AMRs, AGVs, and intelligent automation solutions to businesses across the U.S.

“Anscer Robotics is a great example of how DeepTech startups in India are redefining industrial automation,” said Dr. Sunil K Shekhawat, CEO of SanchiConnect. “Supporting such high-impact startups with access to capital, strategic partnerships, and market expansion is crucial for strengthening India’s DeepTech landscape. We look forward to seeing Anscer Robotics lead the next wave of robotics-driven transformation.”

Since its inception, Anscer Robotics has gained traction with scalable automation solutions for leading industrial enterprises. The company’s AMRs integrate seamlessly into existing manufacturing workflows, offering real-time analytics, AI-driven optimization, and adaptive navigation. With increasing demand for robotics-driven automation, the company is expanding into new geographies and diversifying its product lines. The investment will accelerate R&D, strengthen manufacturing, and drive AMR adoption globally.
