GenHealth.ai has officially launched a groundbreaking AI-powered automation platform tailored for Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Home Medical Equipment (HME) providers. The platform streamlines critical workflows — including medical order intake, insurance eligibility checks, and prior authorization — by leveraging the company’s proprietary Large Medical Model (LMM) and deep integrations with existing EMR and billing systems.
Developed with input from early DME clients, the system consolidates data across formats, automates claim preparation, and enables real-time payer compliance, all while significantly reducing manual workload.
