Cointel, an AI-native platform for crypto education, intelligence, and real-time trading support, has secured $7.4 million in strategic funding. The round was led by Avalanche, the U.S.-based Layer 1 blockchain, alongside Sugafam Inc., one of Japan’s leading Web3 innovation firms, and other top investors.
The funding will accelerate Cointel’s global expansion, particularly into North America, where localized onboarding, region-specific content, and AI-enhanced learning tools will launch later this year. Founded to address low global crypto adoption and rising losses to scams, Cointel offers a subscription-based platform combining AI insights, gamified education, and verified intelligence for both new users and experienced traders.
Cointel has also announced a strategic collaboration with KuCoin, the global cryptocurrency exchange with over 41 million users, to promote accessibility, security, and education in digital assets. Together, the companies will roll out community-led campaigns to drive engagement and adoption worldwide.
