Partnify, the Netherlands-based collaboration platform designed for cross-company project work, has raised €1.8 million in new funding to accelerate its AI-focused product roadmap and expand across Europe. The round was led by Hi inov, marking the firm’s first investment in a Dutch company, with participation from Rabobank, Inovexus, Maasinvest, and returning angel investors.
The Zwolle startup plans to grow its team, enhance its platform, and scale internationally across Germany, France, Belgium, and Sweden. Since early 2024, its user base has grown from 200 to more than 3,200 companies, driven by demand from SMEs struggling with fragmented workflows spread across emails, chat apps, and shared folders.
Partnify centralizes communication, documents, tasks, and agreements into a single cloud environment, enabling multiple companies to manage shared projects with consistent visibility and continuity. CEO and co-founder Jens Visser said the new capital will strengthen the platform’s AI capabilities, particularly through PAI, an AI layer that analyzes collaboration data, flags delays or conflicting goals, and provides recommendations to streamline work without adding complexity.
Hi inov partner Wolfgang Krause emphasized that the fund sees Partnify’s approach as a strong fit for its focus on impactful B2B SaaS, noting its potential to become the standard for partnership-driven project management across Europe.
