Attentive Inc., an AI-Driven SaaS Startup, Lands $7M in Series A Investment

Attentive Inc., an AI SaaS startup specializing in the construction and outdoor services industries, has successfully secured $7 million in Series A funding. The round was spearheaded by Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia and India, with continued support from Peak XV Partners and InfoEdge Ventures.

The influx of funds will primarily support advancements in product development, sales, marketing, and customer success efforts, particularly for their new offerings, Accelerate and Beam AI. Accelerate serves as a management tool for outdoor services, while Beam AI focuses on AI-driven sales automation within the construction sector.

Shiva Dhawan, the company’s co-founder and CEO, emphasized Attentive’s commitment to revolutionizing these industries through AI technology, aiming to replace outdated manual processes with automated solutions that boost productivity. Founded in the US in 2017 by Dhawan, Rishabjit Singh, and Aishwarya, Attentive has already garnered a reputable client list, including names like Brightview and Juniper, demonstrating its impactful presence in enhancing sales and operations for businesses in its targeted sectors.

On the funding round, Nikhil Marwaha, Senior Executive Director at Vertex Ventures SEA and India, said: “Attentive’s innovative technology leverages Vision AI to drive disruptions in old-economy industries such as Outdoor Field Services and Construction. Organizations in these sectors are hungry for technology solutions that can substantially improve efficiencies in their businesses.”
