Glasgow-based AI-driven Tech Company PropEco Announces £275k Seed Investment Led by Symvan Capital

Glasgow-based PropEco, a tech company specializing in assessing the long-term value and viability of properties, has secured £275,000 in seed funding. The investment, led by Symvan Capital with participation from the University of Strathclyde’s Inspire Entrepreneurs Fund, will help PropEco expand its team, accelerate product development, and prepare for international growth.

PropEco’s AI-powered platform provides detailed analysis of climate risks, air quality, and retrofit potential, offering tools such as an API, risk assessment services, and property reports. This data-driven approach helps property professionals, lenders, and insurers better manage climate and social impacts on real estate.

CEO Chris Hardman underlined the growing demand for climate-conscious property technology and the need for more resilient decision-making in the industry. Symvan Capital and the University of Strathclyde praised PropEco’s innovative platform for shaping a sustainable future in the property sector.
