Quantum Metric Introduces Felix AI to Assist Customer Experience

Quantum Metric CEO Mario Ciabarra has unveiled Felix AI, the world’s first AI digital analyst, designed to transform customer support interactions. Built on Google’s Gemini Pro platform, Felix AI aims to deliver intuitive, real-time insights that enhance customer experience across industries.

Sharing a personal anecdote, Ciabarra described how Felix AI was born from frustration when he encountered repeated app errors while adding a phone line for his daughter.

“Imagine instead of going through endless issues, the system recognizes the problem and greets you with: ‘Hi, Mario, I see you’ve been trying to add a line. Can I assist you with this?’” he said, explaining Felix AI’s personalized service approach.

Felix AI, integrated with Quantum Metric’s platform, helps companies identify and resolve issues that typically lead to customer frustration. For example, in online retail, if a customer encounters an issue like a non-functional “Add to Cart” button, Felix AI can immediately detect and quantify the problem.

“It’s not just observing, it’s understanding,” Ciabarra noted. “Felix AI pinpoints where the issue occurred, saving hours of analysis.”

By leveraging millions of data points, Felix AI offers businesses a faster, more effective way to improve digital experiences.

“With Felix AI, we’re creating a new way for brands to listen and understand customers at scale,” Ciabarra concluded.

With Felix AI, Quantum Metric aims to set a new standard in customer experience, enabling companies to provide seamless, intelligent interactions.
