Interface.ai Unveils Q1 2025 AI Innovations for Financial Institutions

Interface.ai has launched its Q1 2025 product release, introducing AI-driven advancements designed to enhance automation, security, and personalization for financial institutions. These innovations aim to redefine customer interactions, streamlining self-service capabilities and improving authentication processes.

The release includes Dynamic Knowledge, a generative AI-powered feature that delivers real-time, contextual answers from financial institution websites and uploaded documents, eliminating the inefficiencies of static FAQs and limited chatbot responses. Cloned AI Voice introduces customizable, brand-aligned voice interactions, allowing institutions to replicate voices for a more engaging customer experience. Security is further strengthened with Device Biometric Authentication, enabling seamless fingerprint and facial recognition for secure, frictionless access via Voice and Chat AI.

User Feedback Collection enhances AI refinement by gathering real-time insights from post-call text surveys, ensuring continuous improvement in customer interactions. Expanded card management capabilities empower users with AI-driven self-service options for limit increases, travel notices, and card activations. Platform enhancements, including upgraded Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), an advanced TTD model, and an optimized parser, improve AI accuracy, speed, and responsiveness.

CEO Srinivas Njay emphasized that AI is transforming financial services, making interactions more secure, intuitive, and efficient. He highlighted that Interface.ai is committed to pioneering AI-first solutions that enhance digital banking, customer service, and contact center operations. The company will showcase these innovations at GAC 2025, booth #1326, in Washington, DC, where attendees will also get a preview of its AI Agent and AI Operator, which reimagine financial service experiences through AI-first design.

Interface.ai continues to lead in AI-powered banking solutions, facilitating over 1.5 million daily conversations and trusted by nearly 100 community financial institutions. For more details, visit interface.ai.
