MaxIQ Closes $7.8M Seed Funding Round to Transform AI-Driven Revenue Management

AI firm MaxIQ, formerly known as Gyaan AI, has raised $7.8 million in seed funding led by Dell Technologies Capital, with additional participation from Intel Capital. The investment will drive operational expansion, product development, and leadership team growth as MaxIQ advances its AI-driven revenue platform for B2B SaaS companies.

Investor Chris Hillock of Dell Technologies Capital highlighted the challenges businesses face in managing complex B2B SaaS sales, stating that companies are overwhelmed by fragmented data across product-led growth and enterprise sales cycles. He emphasized that MaxIQ’s vision for unifying the entire customer journey presents a significant opportunity for organizations to harness data intelligently, streamline productivity, and maximize value capture.

Founded in 2022 by Sonny Aulakh, MaxIQ offers a unified AI-powered system designed to eliminate sales and customer success silos. By integrating deal qualification, forecasting, and customer lifecycle management into a single platform, the company enhances forecast accuracy, accelerates onboarding, and improves customer retention. Real-time insights ensure that revenue teams operate in sync, eliminating inefficiencies that delay revenue capture.

MaxIQ has appointed Matt Hickey as Chief Executive Officer and Rob Sexton as Chief Revenue Officer, both bringing leadership experience from Palo Alto Networks, EMC, and Securiti.ai. Aulakh will continue to lead product innovation and expand the company’s market presence through strategic marketing initiatives. CEO Matt Hickey emphasized that MaxIQ bridges the critical gap between sales and customer success, enabling revenue teams to work cohesively and accelerate customer value. He described the funding as a pivotal moment for the company as it transitions from category pioneer to category leader.
