Assista AI Receives €100,000 Investment from Gluon Syndicate to Drive Growth

Romanian startup Assista AI, specializing in AI-powered task automation, has secured a €100,000 investment from Gluon Syndicate to expand its sales, marketing, and product development efforts. Founded in 2023 by Paul Burca and Anton Zaharia, the company integrates Multi-AI agents to automate repetitive tasks across platforms like Gmail, Slack, and HubSpot.

The investment, finalized in February 2025 through a SAFE note, follows Assista AI’s participation in Gluon Syndicate’s inaugural pitch event. Eight investors contributed between €5,000 and €50,000, marking a key milestone for the Bratislava-based syndicate, which backs early-stage startups in the CEE region.

Gluon Syndicate’s Patrik Janusek stated that the firm was drawn to Assista AI’s strong leadership, emphasizing the founders’ dedication and vision. CEO Paul Burca highlighted that the funding will fuel the company’s expansion and innovation, particularly in launching advanced AI capabilities like the “Digital Twin” and DeepResearch agent, further enhancing productivity automation.

With this investment, Assista AI aims to scale its platform and strengthen its position in the rapidly growing AI automation market.
