PRESS RELEASE — CaseBlink, a leading AI startup in immigration law, has announced it has secured $2 million in pre-seed funding led by Tower Research Ventures, leading VCs, and immigration law firms, including Fakhoury Global Immigration (FGI).

CaseBlink is redefining the future of legal practice by empowering attorneys with end-to-end AI automation that streamlines case preparation, enhances efficiency, and improves outcomes for clients. The company recently announced the launch of Studio, the industry’s first fully customizable AI drafting tool designed specifically for immigration attorneys.

Faster Visa Applications

CaseBlink speeds up the visa application process by providing:

  • Advanced “document understanding” tools — for text analysis, sorting, and summarization;
  • Automated research for tailored and case-specific insights that includes relevant regulations, case law, and additional sources; and
  • Drafting for high-quality exhibit lists, legal briefs, and customizable support letters that are automatically combined into a single, ready-to-file PDF.

A Vision for the Future of Immigration Law

“We’re excited to close this pre-seed round. With over 50 law firms using CaseBlink and more than 1,000 cases prepared on our platform, we’ve reached significant milestones. But this is just the beginning. There’s still so much to build, and I look forward to giving attorneys and paralegals more time to focus on what matters: getting cases approved,” said Khalil Zlaoui, CEO of CaseBlink. “Having personally navigated the immigration process multiple times, I understand how complex and time-consuming it can be. My shift from healthcare AI to legal technology was driven by a strong belief that automation in this space is going to make a massive impact, and I want to empower legal professionals to help people in situations like mine get their cases approved faster.”

“Since our first interaction with CaseBlink, we were blown away. Khalil and his team are onto something incredible, and we know we want to be part of it,” said Rami Fakhoury, Founder and Managing Director at Fakhoury Global Immigration (FGI). “AI is already reshaping how we work, making our firm more efficient than ever. We’re excited to support CaseBlink on this journey and see the impact they’ll continue to make.”

Growth plans

“We are excited to support CaseBlink as they build tools for law firms that transform how immigration cases are prepared,” said Jared Young, Director of Venture Capital, Tower Research Ventures. “From the start, we were impressed by their understanding of the market, the technology they built, and their early traction. Caseblink’s approach in this space positions them to drive real industry change, and we look forward to supporting their continued innovation.”
