Alorica Inc., a global leader in AI-powered customer experience, has joined Sanas’ $65 million Series B funding round, reinforcing its early commitment to real-time speech transformation. Alorica first partnered with Sanas in 2022, becoming the exclusive early adopter of its AI linguistic technology to improve multilingual communication in CX environments.

Co-CEO Mike Clifton said Alorica has spent over two years refining Sanas’ capabilities to enhance agent performance and customer trust. Fellow Co-CEO Max Schwendner added that the partnership is delivering measurable business outcomes and keeping clients ahead of industry shifts. Sanas Co-founder Sharath Keshava Narayana credited Alorica as “instrumental” in shaping the AI’s early development, calling the partnership foundational to the company’s growth.
