Lace AI Lands $19M Funding to Accelerate AI-powered Solutions in Home Services

Lace AI, an AI startup focused on revenue intelligence for home service businesses, announced it has raised $19 million in total funding to date. The company, founded by former Meta and VMware engineer Boris Valkov and co-founder Stan Stoyanov, combines AI and customer service to help HVAC, plumbing, and other service providers capture missed revenue opportunities from inbound calls.

The funding includes a $5 million pre-seed round led by Canvas Ventures and a $14 million seed round led by Bek Ventures, with participation from Horizon VC, Launchub, and angel investors including Marcin Zukowski and Heini Zachariassen.

Valkov said Lace’s software analyzes 100% of incoming customer calls to identify lost bookings and boost conversions. The company, which launched sales in late 2023, now works with over 100 businesses and reported 1,000% ARR growth in 2024. Lace operates on a SaaS model and plans to triple its 20-person team with the new capital.
