Contentsquare Launches Sense, an AI-Powered Agent to Disrupt Digital Experience Analytics

Contentsquare today introduced Sense, an autonomous AI suite that redefines how teams extract insights, make decisions, and enhance digital experiences. Debuted at the company’s CX Circle event in London, Sense automates complex data analysis and transforms it into intuitive, actionable guidance — removing the need for technical expertise.

Built directly into the Contentsquare platform, Sense features an AI agent that interprets behavioral data across web and mobile, delivers next-best-action recommendations, and executes multi-step workflows autonomously. The company also unveiled Data Connect, a new integration hub for exporting AI-ready data into platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, and Databricks — making AI insights easier to scale across organizations.

Sense is now live, signaling a major step forward in agentic analytics.
