AI-Powered Streaming Solutions Debut as ViewLift Launches Analytics and Support Platform

ViewLift, a global provider of digital solutions for media and sports content owners, has announced the launch of two AI-driven products designed to enhance business intelligence and automate customer service at scale. The tools — ViewLift Data Insights Pro™ and ViewLift FanAssist AI™ — are already in active deployment and are aimed at delivering measurable operational efficiency and deeper audience engagement.

ViewLift Data Insights Pro™ functions as a 24/7 conversational analytics assistant, providing executives with instant summaries of performance metrics via text. CEO Rick Allen said the platform was built to “democratize data and make it instantly actionable,” enabling clients to track viewership trends, monetization, and engagement in real time.

Also unveiled is ViewLift FanAssist AI™, a multilingual AI assistant that integrates directly into ticketing systems. Using advanced decision engines and language models, it resolves customer queries autonomously, even during peak traffic. In one deployment, a top sports streaming platform saw support ticket volume drop by nearly 90% during live events.

Additionally, ViewLift has incorporated Google Vertex AI to deliver real-time personalized content recommendations across devices, further enhancing viewer retention and monetization.
