Bito Inc., a startup advancing AI-driven software development, has raised $5.7 million in seed funding to accelerate growth of its automated code review platform. The round was led by Vela Partners, with additional backing from NextView Ventures, Maxitech Ventures, Eniac Ventures, and others, bringing the company’s total funding to $8.8 million.
Bito’s core product is an AI Code Review Agent that integrates with repositories such as GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket. It supports over 50 programming languages and autonomously detects issues, suggests improvements, and implements fixes. CEO Rohit Kaul said the platform’s advanced reasoning gives it a significant edge over competitors, enabling faster pull request merges and stronger code quality. The funding will support product development, team expansion, and deeper integration with developer tools.
