UK legal-tech firm CaseCraft.AI has raised £550,000 at a £3 million pre-money valuation to advance its artificial-intelligence service that helps people file and defend small-claims actions and settle disputes before court. Mount Fund led the round with a £300,000 commitment.
Founders Michael Iatsukha and Ruslan Kosarenko will steer the next phase alongside software architect Dmitry Bagrov and financier Alexander Mints. The capital will refine the company’s AI models, expand its engineering team and amplify national outreach.
Iatsukha said the financing marks a pivotal moment for bringing AI efficiency to professional services, while Mount Fund’s venture head Laert Karaashev said the platform could make the UK small-claims process markedly more accessible and cost-effective.
