AI Venture Builder idea-L® Closes $1M Pre-Seed Round to Launch AI-Powered Founders’ Platform

Dubai-based AI and Web3 venture platform idea-L® has secured $1 million in an oversubscribed pre-seed round backed by a wide syndicate of angel investors. The funding will support technical hiring and the phased rollout of the Idea Realisation Platform™ (IRP™), which uses AI to guide early-stage founders from concept validation to funding-readiness.
The capital also paves the way for the launch of GovToken, idea-L®’s governance token, and its DAO-managed deVC Fund™, a decentralized venture pool backing platform graduates. At the platform’s core is fast-Feasibility™, an AI-driven validation tool, with deeper layers including LIVE-Feasibility™ and teamLIVE-Feasibility™ rolling out by year-end. The platform combines generative AI, probabilistic programming, and evolutionary learning to reduce founder risk and democratize venture creation across emerging markets.
