UK-based hospitality technology startup Inntelo AI has secured over £500,000 in pre-seed funding, led by Haatch and British Business Investments, with additional backing from Look AI Ventures and several angel investors. The round follows an earlier £120,000 investment from Antler, the world’s most active early-stage investor.
Founded by Asif Alidina, Inntelo AI delivers an agentic and conversational AI platform that automates guest interactions across channels like WhatsApp and phone, while coordinating internal hotel operations in real time. Its AI Concierge is already deployed across Radisson, Wyndham, and other properties in Europe and the Middle East, streamlining communication between guests and staff in departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and food services.
The funding will drive commercial growth, expand integration with property management systems, and support global expansion, including into the U.S.
