Nexos.ai Raises €30M Series A to Secure Enterprise AI Adoption

Nexos.ai, founded by Tomas Okmanas and Eimantas Sabaliauskas, the Lithuanian entrepreneurs behind Nord Security, has raised a €30 million Series A (approximately $35 million) to help enterprises safely adopt artificial intelligence. The round was co-led by Index Ventures and Evantic Capital, valuing the company at €300 million, with participation from Creandum, Dig Ventures, and angel investors including the CEOs of Datadog, Klarna, Supercell, and Wix.

The startup acts as a secure intermediary between employees and AI systems, protecting corporate data while enabling productivity. Its AI Workspace and AI Gateway platforms provide access to over 200 AI models, offering centralized control for security, compliance, and cost management.

Nexos.ai plans to use the funding to expand across Europe and North America, accelerate support for private models handling sensitive data, and grow its workforce to 100 employees as it establishes itself as a trusted governance layer for enterprise AI adoption.
