Lette AI Announces $1.4M in Funding to Scale Its AI Property Management Platform Across Ireland, the UK, and UAE

Dublin-based Lette AI has secured $1.4 million in pre-seed funding to accelerate the expansion of its AI-driven property leasing and management platform across Ireland, the United Kingdom, and the UAE. The round was led by Pitchdrive, with participation from Baseline Venture, Lugus Capital, and angel investors including Mark Ransfordand Conor Sheridan of Nory AI.

Founded in March 2025 by Mohan Sai and Jakub Rajek, Lette AI has developed an agentic AI operating system that automates end-to-end leasing workflows, cutting administrative work by up to 90% and enabling instant tenant onboarding and support. The platform is already deployed across thousands of apartments with major Irish property managers such as Grayling Properties, Storyhouse by Ardstone, Hali, and Lugus Capital.

With Jon Hammond joining as Head of Growth, Lette AI plans to strengthen its engineering team and expand its autonomous AI capabilities, targeting 25,000 managed properties and $1.1 million in ARR by March 2026.
