Ageiro Secures $3M to Advance Agentic AI Platform for Autonomous Enterprise Software

London-based enterprise AI company Ageiro has raised $3 million (£2.3 million) in new funding to accelerate development of its agentic AI platform aimed at autonomous enterprise application creation. The investment supports Ageiro’s ambition to establish a new category of software in which high-level business goals are translated into autonomous digital execution under human oversight.

Led by CEO Paulo Matos, Ageiro is developing what it describes as an adaptive AI layer that sits between enterprise strategy and software engineering, enabling organizations to build, evolve, and maintain applications faster while preserving governance, auditability, and control. The platform targets enterprises facing rising complexity, developer shortages, and slower development cycles.

The funding will be used to strengthen decision-intelligence models, compliance and risk frameworks, and enterprise integrations, while expanding go-to-market efforts to support adoption in regulated and large-scale business environments.
