The British Business Bank has committed £15 million to PolyAI as part of the company’s $86 million Series D funding round, strengthening support for one of the UK’s leading enterprise AI companies. The round was co-led by Georgian, Hedosophia, and Khosla Ventures, with participation from NVentures, Sands Capital, Squarepoint Ventures, Citi Ventures, and Point72 Ventures .
PolyAI develops AI-powered voice agents capable of handling complex, multi-step customer service interactions across industries including hospitality, retail, logistics, and financial services. The funding will be used to advance PolyAI’s Agent Studio platform, enabling enterprises to learn from and optimize every customer conversation at scale.
British Business Bank executives highlighted PolyAI as a homegrown AI champion, while CEO and co-founder Nikola Mrkšić said the investment validates the company’s technology and supports its next phase of global growth .
