Prance Holdings Raises Seed Funding Led by DEEPCORE to Scale AI-Driven Recruitment in Japan

Prance Holdings Co., Ltd. has closed a seed funding round led by AI-focused venture capital firm DEEPCORE, securing capital to accelerate development of its AI-powered recruitment platform, Prance Hiring. The funding will support expanded hiring of engineering and business talent, faster product development, and broader adoption of the platform among enterprises, as the company targets efficiency gains in Japan’s strained labor market.

Prance Hiring automates high-volume recruitment workflows, including candidate screening, interviews, and evaluations, using AI to assess skills, experience, and language ability in both Japanese and English. The platform enables companies to evaluate thousands of applicants rapidly and consistently across roles such as IT, sales, and administration.

Built around a “humans-first” model, Prance Hiring shifts repetitive tasks to AI, allowing recruiters to focus on relationship-driven decision making and higher-value hiring outcomes.
