Tactful AI Secures $1M Pre-Series A to Expand Agentic AI Customer Experience Platform

Egyptian-founded customer experience platform Tactful AI has raised $1 million in a Pre-Series A funding round co-led by Foras AI and M Empire, with participation from deep-tech angel investors including Omar Gabr, Mohamed Samir, and Ahmed Fakhry, alongside company founders Mohamed Elmasry and Mohamed Hassan.

The company develops an enterprise CX platform powered by agentic AI designed to automate and resolve customer service workflows using customer data and operational controls. Over the past year, Tactful AI reported more than 100x growth in platform usage while working closely with enterprise customers such as Elaraby Group, Raneen, Lucky App, valU, and Bosta. The new funding will support expansion in Egypt, regional growth across EMEA, and continued AI research and development.
