Ant Digital Technologies is expanding its workforce in Asia as part of a broader push to grow its artificial intelligence and digital trust services.

The company has announced a strategic recruitment initiative targeting key regional markets including Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, Malaysia, the Philippines and Thailand. According to Ant Digital Technologies, the hiring effort is intended to support its international expansion and strengthen its ability to deliver enterprise-focused AI services in local markets.

Ant Digital Technologies said the recruitment program is designed to build more diverse regional teams while expanding its “AI to B” technology services, a category focused on applying artificial intelligence to enterprise and business operations.

Positions Ant is looking to fill include solution architects in the Philippines and Malaysia, a software engineer and business development managers in Singapore and Thailand and a structured product specialist in Hong Kong.

“By attracting top talent across key regional markets, we aim to better serve our local clients while accelerating the implementation of innovative solutions,” the company said in a statement. “We welcome outstanding professionals to join our international team and contribute to the advancement of AI technology.”

The hiring push follows the company’s broader international growth strategy, which includes establishing its international headquarters in Hong Kong in April 2025. Ant Digital Technologies said it currently serves more than 10,000 enterprise clients and works with more than 300 ecosystem partners globally.

The announcement also comes shortly after the company opened a new operations hub in Malaysia to support its AI-powered identity and risk management platform, ZOLOZ. According to Ant Digital Technologies, which is Part of the Ant Group, the facility is intended to strengthen regional infrastructure and improve customer support capabilities as demand grows for digital identity and risk verification systems across Asia.
