Satark AI Closes Pre-Seed Funding to Build AI-Driven Cyber Risk Intelligence Platform

Satark AI, an Ahmedabad-based cybersecurity startup, has secured pre-seed funding through convertible notes at a $4 million valuation cap to advance its AI-driven cyber risk platform. The round follows earlier backing from Infynno Solutions at a $3 million cap, as the company moves to validate its technology through enterprise pilots.

Founded in 2025 by Rutvij Vora, Hitaishu Vora, and Kaivashin Sethna, Satark AI is developing an AI-powered decision layer that integrates with existing security systems to reduce alert noise and translate fragmented signals into actionable business risk insights. The platform connects across tools such as SIEM, XDR, and IAM to streamline enterprise security operations.

Led by CEO Rutvij Vora, the company aims to improve decision-making for developers, analysts, CISOs, and executive teams through context-driven AI intelligence.
