Replenit, a Warsaw-based AI startup, has raised €2.1 million in pre-seed funding to advance its real-time decision engine for retail, with backing from Movens Capital, Vastpoint, and investors including Mati Staniszewski, CEO of ElevenLabs. Led by co-founder and CEO Ilyas Kurklu, the company is focused on shifting retail AI from prediction to real-time, context-driven decision-making.
Founded in 2025 by six entrepreneurs, Replenit has developed an AI system that interprets customer behaviour signals to generate individualised actions at scale, integrating with platforms such as Databricks, Salesforce, and Klaviyo. The company reports measurable commercial impact, including increased revenue and improved customer engagement among enterprise clients.
Replenit plans to use the funding to expand AI research, product development, and operations, while growing its presence across Europe and entering the U.S. market.
