Chinese warehouse robotics company HyperLeap has entered the U.S. market with its HyperSort flexible robotic sorting system and the HyperWall Node Series, both designed for warehouses looking to automate sorting and fulfillment without large facility overhauls.

According to HyperLeap, its U.S. strategy is centered on modular automation systems that can be deployed quickly and expanded as order volumes grow, rather than requiring large custom-built installations.

Its HyperSort platform combines robotic picking arms, sorting robots and robotic put-walls into a system designed to work like building blocks. Each unit can operate independently, allowing customers to start with a smaller setup and add capacity over time.

Other features include:

  • The system uses plug-and-play assembly with no complex engineering required, enabling deployment within one to two weeks.
  • Loading stations, sorting robots and robotic put-walls can be added or removed without stopping operations, helping warehouses adapt to seasonal demand changes.
  • One system can support more than 1,000 sorting destinations while maximizing vertical space to improve throughput per square foot.
  • Arc turning, dual-flap design and AI-powered vision help improve sorting efficiency, prevent jams and overflow, and support claimed accuracy of up to 99.99%.

Its HyperWall Node Series is aimed at smaller, flexible workstations for order fulfillment and designed to be installed in under 10 minutes, support multiple tote sizes and provide API integration for direct order imports and warehouse system connections.

The company indicated it is seeking partnerships with logistics integrators and channel partners across North America, particularly those focused on reducing peak-season labor costs and improving warehouse flexibility. The company launched its North American push with an event in Santa Clara, Calif and said it will continue its outreach through live demonstrations and trade events, including plans to showcase its systems at ProMat 2027.
