  • The company formed Classover Robix, a subsidiary focused on embodied AI hardware, robotics partnerships and institutional distribution, while developing apps, curriculum and educator training around KIDZBot.
  • Kidz AI has begun engaging educational partners and multi-state high school networks about classroom deployments and will present its work on physical AI and hands-on learning at the 2026 AI in Education Conference in December.

KIDZ AI has secured $1.9 million in financing to expand manufacturing and commercial deployment of its KIDZBot educational robotics platform.

According to the company, the funding comes through KIDZ AI’s previously announced $500 million senior secured convertible note financing facility and the $1.9 million figure is before placement agent fees and other offering expenses. Kidz AI said the proceeds will support manufacturing capacity and deployment of KIDZBot, a physical AI platform designed to teach robotics, coding and AI concepts through hands-on applications.

The company also annouced it had formed Classover Robix Inc., a subsidiary focused on embodied AI hardware, partnerships with robot manufacturers and distribution to schools and other institutions.

“Securing this $1.9 million of additional financing and establishing Classover Robix Inc. represents an important step in the Company’s continued development,” CEO Stephanie Luo said. “We are focused on building a practical robotics education ecosystem around KIDZBot, combining hardware, software, curriculum, and educator support. With our Android application fully operational and the iOS version currently in development, we are continuing to expand the KIDZBot platform. Together with our registered user base, ongoing discussions with educational networks, and broader robotics development efforts, we see opportunities to bring hands-on Physical AI learning to more students and schools.”

Building the KIDZBot Platform

Kidz AI said it is building a broader software and education ecosystem around KIDZBot that includes:

  • OEM and ODM partnerships through Classover Robix covering potential hardware such
  • Kidzqbot and Kidzbricks apps with visual block coding, ROS interfaces and AI-based learning tools. Android versions are operational, with iOS versions in development.
  • A proprietary curriculum covering robotics, coding, hands-on learning and physical AI.
  • Training and onboarding materials to help educators introduce KIDZBot in classrooms.

Focusing on Schools

Citing National Center for Education Statistics data showing more than 27,000 public and private secondary schools serving more than 16 million high school students in the U.S. Kidz AI said it has begun introducing KIDZBot to its existing registered users and is engaging educational partners and multi-state high school networks about potential classroom deployments.

Kidz AI also said it has been selected for a poster presentation at the 2026 AI in Education Conference in December where the presentation will focus on integrating physical AI with hands-on educational programs.
